RemitScan continuously compares what utilities publish about generation outages on authorised IIPs with what actually happens on the European grid — surfacing late, missing, and inconsistent disclosures, in public, in near real time.
Real-time inbox of late, missing, and inconsistent UMMs from your portfolio. Defensible materiality scoring. Evidence packs ready for ACER scrutiny.
The detection engine is fully rule-based. For every outage we observe on ENTSO-E Transparency, we search the four authorised IIPs we currently integrate — Inside-Information AG, Nasdaq UMM Hub, EEX UMM Hub, and JAO — for a matching disclosure from the responsible market participant within a configurable tolerance window.
Materiality is scored on four components: outage MW as a share of bidding-zone available capacity, MW as a share of the MP's portfolio, realised day-ahead price impact in the relevant zone, and event duration. Weights are configurable; every score is reproducible from inputs and time-versioned.
Language models are confined to silver-layer extraction, cross-IIP deduplication, and natural-language explanation — never the scoring path. Every figure shown in this product traces back to a structured field on a record we ingested.
